The staff were friendly, i will say. The public transport IS close, it was only two minutes away. It was very easy to get around.
The room was very hot DUE to the weather. There was only one window in my room, that's a problem. I had a fan though, so the nights were okay.

The hotel is near the tube station. It's a short walk. i found the room very quiet, a plus! breakfast included several options. the staff were available at all times.
The bathroom lacked shelves for toiletries. This was inconvenient.
